Refund policy

Real Design Help — Refund Policy. Version 1.0. Effective June 18, 2026.

1. Overview. This Refund Policy applies to digital products — downloadable guides, worksheets, and related materials (the "Materials") — purchased through https://realdesignhelp.com. Real Design Help is a brand of Favreau Design LLC.
2. All Digital Sales Are Final. Because our Materials are digital products delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. When you complete a purchase, you receive instant access to proprietary content that cannot be returned. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation once the Material has been delivered or made available for download.
3. Limited Exceptions. We want you to receive what you paid for. At our sole discretion, we may issue a refund or replacement in limited cases, such as: you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge); or the file you purchased is defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed and we are unable to provide a working copy after you contact us. To request help, email Contact@RealDesignHelp.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We will work with you to resolve a genuine delivery or access issue, typically by providing a working file.
4. Dissatisfaction With Content. Because design preferences are subjective and the Materials are described before purchase, we do not provide refunds based on a change of mind or because content did not meet a personal expectation. Please review each product description before buying.
5. Chargebacks. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first — we are glad to help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service.
6. Physical Products (Future). We currently sell digital products only. If we offer physical goods in the future, those products will have their own return and refund terms, posted at that time. This Policy governs digital products only.

Real Design Help — Terms of Service. Version 1.0. Effective June 18, 2026.

1. Agreement to These Terms. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://realdesignhelp.com (the "Site") and your purchase and use of any digital products offered through it. By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Our Digital Products. We sell digital products — downloadable guides, worksheets, and related materials (the "Materials"). Purchases are delivered electronically, typically by email and/or a download link, after payment is processed. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for downloading and saving your files. We currently do not sell physical goods; if we introduce physical products in the future, additional or different terms (including shipping and returns) will apply and be posted at that time.
5. Intellectual Property — Ownership of the Materials. All Materials, and the Site itself, are the original, proprietary works of Steven Favreau and/or Favreau Design LLC, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We and our licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Materials, including the specific text, wording, structure, organization, illustrations, photographs, layout, design, and presentation. For clarity: our copyright protects our particular expression of the information in the Materials, not the general decorating concepts, facts, or methods themselves; the fact that an underlying idea or technique may be commonly known does not diminish our ownership of the specific Materials we created. "Real Design Help," the Real Design Help logo, and related names and marks are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission.
6. Your License to Use the Materials. When you purchase a Material, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use that Material for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may NOT, in whole or in part: copy, reproduce, or distribute the Materials, except for a single backup copy for your own personal use; resell, rent, lease, sublicense, share, give away, or otherwise make the Materials available to any other person; post, upload, or share the Materials on any website, file-sharing service, social platform, cloud drive, or other public or shared location; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Materials; use the Materials for any commercial purpose, including in your own products, services, courses, or client work; or use the Materials to develop, train, or improve any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model or dataset. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. We may revoke this license if you breach these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use of the Site. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, scraping or harvesting content, or using the Site in violation of any law.
8. Orders, Pricing, and Payment. All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and its payment partners; by purchasing, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or error.
9. Refunds. Our digital products are sold on a final-sale basis. Please review our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers. The Materials provide general design guidance and information for educational purposes. They are not professional, architectural, structural, or other expert advice for your specific situation, and we do not guarantee any particular result or satisfaction. The Site and Materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Favreau Design LLC, Steven Favreau, and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Material will not exceed the amount you paid for that Material.
12. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Favreau Design LLC, Steven Favreau, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Materials.
13. Third-Party Links and Services. The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment processors and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
14. Privacy. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
15. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law and Disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at Contact@RealDesignHelp.com to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
17. General. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the Materials. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
